At the front entry, we concreted in a new pathway, overlaid with tessellated tiles to pay homage to its period charm. We completely transformed the run-down courtyard into a quiet retreat, complete with a surrounding planter box, courtyard style seating and travertine flooring. The exterior came to life with royal blue paint, white trimmings, and gold hardware. 

Internally, we converted the top-floor loft into a bedroom / study and bathroom. In addition, we renovated the second-floor bathroom, stained the existing timber floors, laid new tiling to the kitchen, added new joinery for more storage in the living / dining room, and restored the fireplaces throughout. A fresh coat of paint and new electrical fixtures were also installed throughout.
