This existing single-storey dwelling was renovated to a modern and comfortable three-bedroom home. The project involved major structural changes, keeping only the front-third of the existing house.
The renovation included the addition of a second floor to the existing single-storey structure and a rear extension. It features four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, powder room, generous kitchen with walk-in pantry, walk-in robe and ensuite in the master bedroom, complete with an alfresco BBQ/entertaining area and pool.
