This mixed use project involved the demolition of the existing RSL club to make way for the development & construction of 17 luxury apartments & 2 commercial premises.

The existing structure was built on the boundary on 3 out of 4 of its sides, during demolition the building was required to be wrapped in scaffold and a B class hoarding was erected along Victoria Rd. Once demolition was completed there was 3600m3 of Hawksbury sandstone excavated, all boundaries were rock sawn to minimise vibration, shotcrete shoring walls were progressively sprayed with temporary anchors Installed. 13 piles along Victoria Rd were installed to comply with RMS requirements. The new building had a 2 level basement with 4 floors above containing 2 commercial premises & 17 units.

The structure was built with concrete floors and columns, clad from the front using hebel (finished with render) and the back in Aluminium windows and doors, the 2 side walls were built using pre-cast panels. Internally the building was fully fitted out with new electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire services. A new lift was installed into the building. All new timber decking to balconies installed, timber flooring to all units and carpet in the bedrooms were installed. The roof installed was a concrete roof with trafficable membrane installed over. Externally the building has a rear lane driveway finished with landscaping and sandstone walls.
