The renovation of a five-bedroom house involved installing new floor finishes, structural remediation of rusted structural, steel balcony posts, balcony supports and bathroom removal. Additionally, a downstairs bar and living room joinery were constructed. The goal of this project was to modernise the property while ensuring structural integrity and functional improvements throughout the living spaces.
